Hype Universe News, sent January 2024

“In animation, you're never really working on a scene. You're working on a moment.”
—Rebecca Sugar

Welcome to the January 2024 edition of Hype Universe News. We're excited to get back into animation inspirations, tutorials, and guides to help you make the most of Tumult Hype. In this 2024 edition, we explore a world transformed by technologies such as OpenAI's ChatGPT, capable of generating websites in seconds based on just a few sentences.

We've come to think of the new AI tools like ChatGPT or Mistral's OpenOrca which can be run locally as remarkable yet imperfect collaborators in writing code. They can help quickly find issues in complex code, or provide new ways to solve programming problems, but these chatbots often need extensive context and detailed information to tackle specific tasks, particularly within niche areas like 'JavaScript for Tumult Hype.' That's where Max Ziebell's custom GPT comes in:

Max Ziebell has developed a custom version of GPT, specifically tailored to Tumult Hype, seeded with advanced techniques from his Hype Cookbook and instructions on the Hype API. This base level of knowledge gives it superpowers; you can ask the Hype Assistant questions about Symbols, complex Hype API questions, and generate working code from your questions. The tool requires a ChatGPT+ subscription. Similar to consulting multiple experts on Hype best practices, the Hype Assistant's responses can vary, adding a touch of unpredictability to its guidance.

Project We Love

Our friend Mik has revamped his site, now showcasing 14 animated comics created with Tumult Hype, blending storytelling with interactive gameplay elements. By infusing these stories with interactive 'gameplay' components, Mik's MIKBook collection takes readers on a journey beyond traditional comic book experiences.
