For those of you working with flexible-layout EPUBs who wish to embed Hype animations, iBooks author now exports ePub documents. It provides the following templates which are compatible with iPhone & iPad:
Once you start an ePub template, you can drop Hype animations in by export as a .wdgt file from File > Export as HTML5 > Dashboard/iBooks Widget.
