I am using Hype animation plugin in Wordpress.
I found that the animations are showing to only logged in users only.
When I used incognito window or logged out from regular browser, the animation shows only blank area.

It looks like the rocketcdn plugin is changing Hype's runtime. Can you have it ignore anything in the path wp-content/uploads/hypeanimations/* ?

You are right.
I turned off the lazyload for iframe/video option in WP rocket setting.
Then it works.
