In general, Hype uses an absolutely-based positioning system and siblings do not have an effect on the position of each other.
There are a few workarounds:
- Embed your HTML and any elements that need this relationship within an Element’s Inner HTML
- Create different Layouts that has a rough amount of spacing at certain breakpoints
- Use the Zoom Contents flexible layout option to keep everything sized (width/height) the same.
