Have read some of the topics on scaling symbols and how that was implemented recently, thanks! Have also seen requests to “explode”, “ungroup” or basically destroy a symbol while leaving it’s contents intact. I haven’t seen a request to create a new definition of a symbol, which would be extremely useful.
Select one or more symbols and make those a unique symbol, with all the attributes of the previous symbol, but now the new definition allows you to edit it as a separate symbol.
Very useful for creating generic buttons or animations that then can be customized by making them unique.
