Trial User Problem

Hello, I currently testing HYPE. It looks awesome but I have a problem. Iam trying to create a banner, 300x250 pixel. My Background picture has a small border. On safari the border is cut on the right side. Firefox and Chrome show it correctly. Is that a known bug or does anybody know what could cause this problem?!

Can you share an example .hype file?

One thing that may be causing this is if you are ‘scaling’ your image. I recommend using the ‘Width / Height’ values instead of using Scale values if you need to resize your image.

Hello, thank you for your reply. I gave width and heights. Here is my example. Folder including screenshots i took from different browser. All displaying it correctly except Safari.

Hope you can help me.

The picture size is 300x250. It has a 1pixel border in the inner area of the 300x250. So a display view of 300x250 should make the line visible. But Safari fails.

That’s odd - looks fine for me in Safari 9.0.3 (retina). Are you on Non-retina?

I get the same result that Danial is showing

Thank you both. That let me hope that the error is only on my side.
