Targeting symbol timeline question

I have many different skills sometimes I do not have to use for months which is the case here as there last Hyoe project I did was last year and forget many simple things.

if you look at the image you will see what I need to achieve as I already have the orange square on its own timeline as I need to have the grey circle drag to the right which will start the orange timeline, any help?

I assume the slider and the box have their own timelines and both are the same duration. If so just have the slider ( oval ) on drag, control both timelines.

If they both are on the same timeline then drag just control that timeline
