How do I add a superscript to text on a product name (ie: ProductSM)
Choose Edit > Edit Element's Inner HTML (or click the little pencil while editing the rich text) and then use the HTML <sup>...</sup> tag to superscript:
Product<sup>SM</sup>
Result:
