To share a Tumult Hype document on the forums, ctrl + click on the .hype document and select ‘Compress this file’. You will then have a zip file which you can drag and drop onto the forum reply area.
The maximum file size is 3MB, which should be suitable for most documents without videos.
To share a file larger than 3MB on the forums:
- Create a zip file and share it with Dropbox, or share your folder. Ctrl + Click on your file or folder and then select ‘Share link to file’.
- Use Wetransfer to get a link to your file.
Bug Reports
If you’re hitting an issue in Hype and would like to share your document with us directly, select Help > Report an issue. When you do so, please also include your document in the Issue Reporter’s Attachments section, and ensure that the “Send logs, preferences, and system information” checkbox is checked. Feel free to include any additional screenshots or information in the attachment section of Hype’s issue reporter.
