I love single window apps. However, I often work on a macbook with a second monitor. It would be very useful if we could just rip off whatever panel we want and place it on the second monitor.

I second this, I wold love to have the whole timeline panel inside a second display.
While is possible to extend the whole Hype to a second monitor, Hype bugs out and some tools become unstable when doing this, also, this only limit the functionality to 2 displays when I and other people use 3, and the third one could host some useful panels as well.
