Hi! once the export process writes in the html text the content within display:none, ¿does google penalize this behavior?, ¿how can I add the h1 label to a specific div?

Unfortunately Google's algorithm is a black box as far as how it ranks terms and what it chooses to promote/penalize.
Hype's export strips away all tags except the text, so if you want to specifically change tags for some content you would need to modify the exported .html file manually. (After doing so, I recommend unchecking "Also save .html file" in the export save panel so your changes are not blown away).
