Scale document with maximum dimension for the element

Hi

i need to create multiple hype files and i will upload it all via CMS. my design will be responsive so when i scale the window there is huge gap between banners.

i need a way to scale the document + the elements but with maximum dimension for the element
i need your help urgently

You can set a max-width or max-height property with CSS:

The max-width and max-height CSS properties are generally the easiest solution. You can add them to the head HTML: <style> #index_hype_container { max-width: 900px; max-height: 635px; } </style> Note that this is targeting the main container div. The name of this will change based on your export, so you may need to rename it to something else. Hype’s preview always uses “index”.

... that technique is really meant for limiting the size of the entire Hype document. If you can share the page where you're hitting responsive issues that will be helpful for us to see what you're seeing.
