Scale a rectangle by scroll to specific positions

Hello genius, I like to trigger the scale change of a rectangle by scroll to certain position of my page. In my hype doc., I already set some waypoints, it success to trigger text and text color change during scrolling. However it cannot work right with the “red bar” on my page. I am not sure where I did wrong…

Thanks DBear, it s cool! works perfect! …although a bit complicated to me ^^, I feel I need to study more about the “Relative” timeline & the little tick box functions in “On Enter Viewport”…
