For right now, the closest Whisk has is the standard macOS option-select-drag should you need to copy particular blocks.
Mm… that’s an oldie 
but still not helpful when doing things like adding mass classes to a bunch of <li> when there’s no existing space to hook onto. Oh well - maybe next time.
