Removing elements from an image

Can anyone help me out with instructions on how to remove or erase unwanted elements from an image? I read both tutorials on clone and eraser tools and neither have shown how to SIMPLY remove unwanted elements. I don’t want to change background color or transfer selected elements to another pic–I SIMPLY want to REMOVE an ad logo and such from a pic without marring or fuzzing up the pic. Anyone know how to do this?

Thanks,
BF

Elements in Hype can contain images; to delete an element itself just select it and hit the delete key.

If you are looking to edit a specific image file, you will need to use a different image manipulation tool (such as Photoshop, Pixelmator, Acorn, etc.). Then you can import the resulting image into Hype for animation.

Hype does not have these tools for image manipulation.
