Read Along Online Book

I am fairly new to Tumult Hype and I have a question regarding a project that I was assigned to complete.

My project is to convert a paperback book to a webpage. On each page, there will be a picture with some kind of animation or sound bite along with words. There will be an audio that will read the words. Could Tumult Hype be able to do a read-along? When the audio is playing, the words will be highlighted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It needs some additional JavaScript to make it happen...

...but it’s possible. Here’s an example...

...but it doesn’t highlight the words. There are examples of that online though.

This thread may give you some ideas on how to do this. It is talking about video but also there should not be much difference in approuch for audio
