Is there anyway possible to recover a project file but the .html and resources folder HYPE spits out?
If you had the "Document Recovery" feature enabled...
...and there's a "xxxxxx-restorable.plist" file in your ".hyperesources" folder, then you might have an easy fix.

Just select that file using the "Restore Document from Export..." option.
