PNG sequence path name of written images

For a very special workflow I have, it would be cool to give the image sequence a different name scheme like time stamp or prefix.
So instead of
00001.png
…
00033.png

it will then
19-05-08-00001.png
…
19-05-08-00033.png

or with a given prefix
xyz-00001.png
…
xyz-00033.png

Actually I ran a finder rename action after each export…
