Not sure what Prizm Labs is using for game development but Hype would be a great tool for prototyping at least.
I should know I am still selling Hype built Hnefatafl boards

Looks like they are powered by android; of course this means they have WebViews.

Just saw that they will release an SDK sometime after the table is out.
This is a really neat concept for indie developers.
