Not possible to turn snap to points off (Hype 4)

I have turned off Snap elements and points but using the vector tool it is still constantly snapping to other points, making it virtual impossible to make organic drawings?

yes, the feeling is not like illustrator and co ... that's true

Oh, Snap! Snapping not going away

Vector Shape points presently must be on pixel coordinates; at a higher zoom factor this would make them appear as if they are snapping but it is more a factor that they aren’t being placed on fractional pixel values.
