I’m having trouble getting the talking on the phone animation in my story.
How do you make a character continue holding the phone but not say anything (mouth stops moving) while the character on the other line is speaking?
I tried everything possible, but i just can’t seem to get it right.i want a Brand Animation Explainer so that it will help me well and give a explosure.
Need help from the expert.

You need to show us your work (i.e. your Hype project) so we can have a better understanding of what You are creating.
Put the people speaking on two different timelines. Pause timeline one while triggering timeline two (and its audio) and vice versa. Set the keyframes to correspond to the timing of the audio clips.
