Moving Type/fonts

Hi,

Im adding some buttons to a webpage. I want the text in the button to be centered. Every time I move to the next button state, the normal state shifts the text to the top of the button. I have tried realigning and also adjusting the line height but everytime I move off the current state it shoots back to the top of the button. Any ideas whats happening?

I would really appreciate Your assistance as this is work is for a Client.

sorted it now…thank you

Can you then at least post what you did to solve it for other users?

i simply had to make the button a “new persistent symbol”
(one of those face plant moments lol)

ignore everything i just said…the type has just jumped back again :frowning:
