Mouse over cursor doesn't show in IE (JS clicktag)

Hi guys,

I have noticed that the mouse over cursor does not show in IE when deciding to use the javascript function for a clicktag, however if you use the Go to URL option it does show? Is there some external code out there to slot in so the mouseover shows in all major browsers?

It seems to work for me on IE 8, 11, and Edge… can you let me know what OS, Browser, and also what device/VM you are using?
