Missing user Icons in post listing / push notification issue

In some of the posts I notice that not all the recent posters are being listed.

For example

We’ve seen some avatar issues across many sites, https://meta.discourse.org/t/missing-avatar-images-across-sites/44674/8, they seem to be resolved now.

Ok now I seem to be getting old/delayed Safari push notifications !!

It seems like Sidekiq (the component responsible for notifications) was stuck (on this?) as well.
