Lock "Center on Screen"

  1. What do you want to see in Hype?
    Ability to turn off the scene moving with the layer animation.

  2. Have you found a workaround for this problem?
    window->center on scene, constantly

  3. Are there examples of other apps with this feature? Or, have you seen examples of this elsewhere on the web? (Please include a URL)

  4. How high of a priority is this for you?
    Very annoying issue to have. I can't edit animation properly with the stage moving offscreen all the time (to center on the layer's object).
    Love everything else about hype though, thank you!

Also, the shortcut to Center On Scene requires 4 fingers on the right side of the keyboard, not too simple to do so much. And I can't map the shortcut to a button on my mouse because the mouse can't recognize a key only accessible by shift. | vs \

Thanks for the request - we've definitely get a lot of feedback on scene centering behavior not being ideal.

You could probably first remap the keyboard shortcut in the System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts > App Shortcuts to something else, and then use that for your mouse.
