Is there an way to replace google font url to other custom url?

Google fonts are loaded quite delay in lots of region globally.

Fortunately, there is a local mirror resource, and we are using a plugin to replace google original font URL:

Actually, lots of site try to load google font from local server because of the serious delay, so, alternatively, I tried some plugin to load fonts from local server:

Unfortunately, these plugin seems only works for wordpress and themes, but not work for Tumult Hype Animations, please check the screenshot:

In Tumult Hype Animations, it would be great if there is a field to input a custom or local font url to replace google font url ? is it possible please? or any other suggestion would be appreciated.
