Is it possible to insert a website into a frame within a hype project so that users can interact with, and scroll though a live site within the hype project?

Hype provides for your request with a feature called “HTML Widgets”. In terms of displaying a web page out right (as opposed to embedding content like a YouTube video > the “Embedded HTML” option) You would want to use the “Specified URL” option.
