Images not importing and then resizing correctly

HI.

I have been building animated display banners for years, however, I am having a few issues of late.

I have always built the concepts in Photoshop, for example, I will build a 300x250 (mrec) @ 600x500 in P'Shop and then export @x2 and everything imported into Hype as expected.

I would then click "original size" and then resize it down to 50%.

I'm finding now that when I import the image assets, the assets at 50% are scaling down too small, whereas before they would scale down perfectly.

Thanks for any help, I have added some screenshots...

Interesting find. What is your Hype build number (about menu)? Test files are also helpful for Tumult and @jonathan or the community to check.

Images are anyway used as backgrounds only in Hype so you don’t actually have to do any scaling just proportionately scale the rectangle they are contained in. Setting width and height and the background will position itself inside the rectangle, specially because height and width are constrained.

@MaxZieb Thanks Max.

Your message helped, I double-checked my PSD setting and somehow the setting has changed to 240dpi.

I have changed it back to 144dpi, and everything works as it should...

I think it's fixed...

Happy days!!

Thanks
