I have this ongoing issue with Hype where when I add png images and edit them in Photoshop CC they become invisible. For example: I upload an image in Hype, afterwards I edit it in Photoshop for a more accurate look, Hype updates the image, and after 2 updates the image becomes invisible. Sometimes the image is invisible even in the Preview section.
My fix for it is to just save the png again under a different name in another folder (tried to save the same image but with a different name in the same folder and the image will still be invisible)
Can someone please address this or at least let me know what is wrong with it? Thanks!
Interesting, I never had this happen.
I'd recommend you taking a screen recording use a quicktime player <file <new screen recording when done save and attach the video so that team tumult can look into this for you. To do this go to Hype < Help < Report Issue attach video and Hype file.
