Hype Files will not open!

Hi all,

I did a project on Hype around this time last year and haven’t touched it since. We are doing a rinse and repeat of this project with some minor updates. The Hype file will not open. If I try to open through the application’s “Open File”, said file is grayed out and can not be selected or opened. Am I missing something here? I have the Pro version with the most recent update. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :slight_smile:

Hard to tell – can you share the .hype file with us? Or, could you send send me a personal message if you’d prefer not to share (Click ‘message’ on my profile page here).

Keep in mind you can also recover a document using the Help > Restore document from export option.
