Hype Animations for Building Map

I am looking for a Hype Animations freelancer who can help me complete a project that my late business partner started with.
We have a flat building map that requires an image to pop up when somebody hovers over the image.
There are only 6 buildings that need to pop up.
For all the buildings, we have the separate images.

He did start with the project, but was not able to finish it.
