How to create a scrollable text box?

Can I create a scrollable text box in Hype which only displays some text but when the user scrolls then more text is revealed?

Yes and I found a post about scrollable window with a fixed header and footer but nothing about scrollable text boxes.

about 5th down in the search there is a post about using scrollbars in the Metrics inspector!

It’s a pretty basic thing and can be found in the documentation also. For fear of going back and forth though
