How to animate an arc in Hype

Hello,

I was looking for a way to animate an arc which angle varies along the time line from a single dot to an arc with different angles.
Since there is not an arc tool in Hype, I tried to create an arc with the vector tool and vary the length of the spline but the result is not fluid.
Can anyone share some tips about the best approach for this?
For reference I'm uploading a animated gif with an example of what I'm trying to do.

Can you upload the referenced gif or provide a URL to it?

From the sound of your post it seems you may be doing a vector shape morph animation, but instead want a line draw animation?

I just saw in the Hype help the info about the line draw percentage.
I believe that might be what I'm looking for.
Is there a way in Hype to split an ellipse to turn it into an arc?
If not, is there a way to convert an imported svg arc into a path?

Just found out that when I convert an ellipse into a vector shape, I'm also able to set a percentage.

So happy to know that Hype already does this.

Sounds like you're good - but just to clarify for future readers:

Yes - and after you do so you can choose to open the path (via the Vector Shape/Element Inspector) and delete points if you only want one of the arcs of the ellipse.
