Since there is no waring message at frontend, and I do not know which Js I should exclude , so I completely deactivated Autoptimize plugin, and also try upload Hype OAM file again, but video still not show up.
So, how to show the embed video from local server with SSL site? is OAM format compatible with SSL?
I just found, Even Autoptimize is activated, those video from local server still will show up in Google chrome and Firefox.
But In Safari, not matter Autoptiminze is activated or not, that will not show up, it seems only related to SSL, anyway to resolve it?
Or, Alternatively, since the video file is larger that other content and it will need more time to load., anyway to pop up those videos and to be loaded in a popup layer on click an button?
I think browsers are becoming more strict regarding what content will be shown on a page initially loaded over https – this is the browser’s content security policy, and the only way to overcome this is to embed external content from other domains via https on https pages.
So if the youku site supports https, you should use that embed code. If not, you could optionally force those pages to be loaded over http so that ‘mixed’ content is not an issue. If the .html page which contains your embeds is loaded over http, there would be no issue. (It looks like your site forces https, which in my opinion is a good thing)
Thanks, I can make external videos work by adding their https URL, DiV seems more compatible way.
But for those videos from HYPE internal( I mean those videos that were input from my Mac, and I export .AOM files and upload to Wordpress), I still can not make them work in safari, but only work in chrome and Firefox, what might be the reason?
I can open that page with Safari on my Mac book pro, and there is a test screenshot on pingdom, but it seems SSL does not compatible with Safari well?
In order to track the issue, here is a same video which uploaded to two subsites, the video on forum(without SSL) will display in Safari, but the one on www subsite will not display in safari:
