How do you add social media cards/previews when sharing?

Hi!

In my (limited) experience – with Hype 4 Pro – the app doesn’t provide a preview of an html page shared via Facebook or Twitter, only the page’s title.

Is there a known workaround to this issue?

Those previews are generated by HTML code in the ‘head’ area of your Hype document:

You can edit the contents of the <head>…</head> of your exported .html file by clicking on ‘Edit HTML Head’ in the Document Inspector and place this generated code in.

I was aware of the editing feature, but unaware of the card functionality, so will give it a go, in the hope that it works on all social media platforms, even if Twitter is explicitly specified (I suspect that Facebook is my client’s preferred outlet).
