Gradient stop colours

Hi
I've got a banner with a linear background gradient from left to right. I'd like to animate the gradient to shift a little to the right and go back.

Currently, it starts at colour A on the far left and ends with colour B at the far right. Is it possible to insert stop colours and/or push the "centre" more to the sides?

not hypebuiltin. you can add an element to the left with color = startcolor of the element with the gradient. then shrink and resize those ...
