Getting "Update Error" when I attempt to upgrade to Hype 4

I have Hype 3 Pro, purchased in Oct. 2015. I am trying to upgrade to Hype 4 Pro. When I open Hype 3 and check for updates, I get the window for upgrades, but every time I attempt to “Install Update”, I get the error message in the screenshot below.

We’ve fixed this issue; it specifically affected folks updating from 3.6.10 to 4.0.3. Thanks!
