ok the examples are buried in examples…

You will need to set your own paths to the video.
In this example mine was in a directory called videos
Said directory was sitting along side the exported project. Hence ./ at the beginning of the path
I have also now added a slight better example to the Audio/Video wiki

Embedding a YouTube Video into your Tumult Hype Document
It's easy to embed a hosted video from a site like Youtube or Vimeo:
Here's how to embed a Youtube video:
Go to the Youtube video page
Click the Share button below the video
Click the Embed button that appears. Adjust the size to match the size you wish to embed.
Copy and paste the iframe code in the text field
In Hype, select Insert > Rectangle. (You may want to adjust the color of the new rectangle to match your design at this point)
