Is there someone that could work with me to produce a symbol along the following lines that I can re-use within Hype. The symbol may have built in waypoint animations that dont change but I need the ability to change text. There are no form fields needed just image and text

I had a couple of people look at it and they were unable to make it work so Im unsure what to suggest.
I was hoping to have it as a symbol that I could drag from project to project with the scrolling working
