Fonts not viewing in hype reflect. chrome, firefox

Hi guys, please help me out on how to make my fonts work hype reflect, chrome and firefox. when we preview the website on safari all the fonts are working, but when we preview them on these other engines they are not showing and are using times new roman as a backup fonts, please help us out
