Export html file as index.html

sometimes it is annoying to go into the folder and change the html file name to index.
can there be a check box to export to index.html for next update?

I have time when I have had to do that or forgot to change it on export.

But an check box in the export dialogue to save the html as index.html would be good

also, another check box in the export dialogue to save the html without the .html extension
