Just add timeline actions on each scene to go to next scene.
And make sure the video duration is set to match the overall time
The unattended animation will become the video -- so you can do this with Timeline actions at the end of the Main Timeline for your scenes. Just double check that the duration shown when doing a video export is what you expect.
