Hello. I want to embed video in my hype file. What is the best format to use? Also, is there a size I should be aiming at? It is going to be seen on an iphone and ipad

For splitting the difference between those devices, I would do something like 800 pixels wide. Anything below that would likely look pretty choppy on an iPad. Ideally you would create a Responsive Layout for iPhone, and another for iPad, with two different video dimensions. The best format is an MP4 (this will support most browsers), encoded in the h264 codec.
