Draggable element that controls its position and a timeline

Hi there! I’m trying to do a simple thing and it’s not working. It’s about a draggable element that moves horizontally and while it moves it, it also controls a second timeline.
I know there is a lot of information about drag and timelines but I don’t get to something easy to use in my document.
I attach de original hype document.

Any clue will be very appreciate :smiley:
