Download link mishap

I have project with quite a few download links to pdf and word. This one has me stumped. It's not working. I'm doing something wrong but I can't see what Could someone have a look and help please?

It is an a tag referencing a pdf in the resource folder that open in a new tab.

There´s no pdf in your resources folder, it´s a png...

Disable image optimization as it converts PDF to images.
