Creating a quiz - prevent user from moving forward

Hi, what might be the best method to create a multiple choice quiz inside of a learning module such that the user cannot move forward without answering the question (correctly or otherwise)?

Would this be a timeline event triggered by any multiple choice bubble being selected?
