Create an index.html file when choosing export as folder

It would be great to have the option to save the .html file on export as folder to either the filename or "index.html". Maybe the option could be in the save dialog or in the preferences pane.

Advanced Export lets you choose naming as index.html

Note that you can also rename the 'slice name' by double clicking on the name here, which would export that slice with the filename index.html and a resources folder called index.hyperesources:
