I'm looking for a way for animation that can skip all timeline scrolling without cutting without coding.
with relative timelines you can do something similar, no extra code required

Nice example, though why is the marker on "3" by default and not "1"? Anyhow, I moved the marker to 1 and modified each timeline and its marker to appropriate places.

yes, I suggest you read the guide to understand how hype works with relative timeline. you don't need a precise order, but use the tools in the right way.
You can create even more complex iterations, perhaps also connecting custom behaviors to the navigation menus or other events on the page.
