Can't Edit Head HTML

I know this is somewhere on this forum, but nowhere can I find the answer. So I apologize for asking again. But when I click edit Head HTML it doesn’t allow me to add anything. I need to add a link to some web fonts I purchased and have housed on my server…but can seem to edit anything between the . Is this section off limits. I have to open the files in Dreamweaver and add the code each time. What am I missing?

You can add code just before the </head> text. For fonts specifically, you can also add them like this: http://tumult.com/hype/documentation/3.0/#third-party-services

When I try to type anything after the nothing will show up. Just a blinking cursor.

You can type one line up from where your cursor is. (Before the </head> line)
