Calculator to calculate the percentage of the amount

Can someone tell me how to implement a calculator percentage in a project? The user should enter the data and the computer produces the result:
_______% Of _________ is: result

ex:

Just one thing. When you’re ready to use it just delete the “console.log” in the function calculate(). It’s not needed.

Like this:

console.log(percentage, amount);
